I have created a Wiki resource for the Mumbai blasts on the India Wikia (just like we did on WikiPakistan for the Earthquake in Pakistan) at:

I think the negotiations with the terrorists should be done and the barter for the innocent lives be with all the political leaders of INDIA....they should b given away for free and the people be set free.
