I agree with the wait for Pakistani Muslims. When the partition took place, the Hindu India sepcifically said that Muslims who wanted to could stay back. Howeverm, Muslim Pakistan did not make that proclamation. As a result, India has the second largest Muslim population in the world. Now if the handful of Hindus want to return to their true roots from a hostile countries, India should make it easy for them to do so. At the same time if it was as easy for the Pakistani Muslims to claim Indian citizenship, the basis for the historical partition is a moot point.
